About me
My professional career began in 1999 working alongside Vestas. I later joined SiemensGamesa, where I was involved in the complete installation of the wind turbine blade manufacturing plant in Albacete / Spain. After the plant commissioning, I worked in the maintenance department as Team Leader and Continuous Improvement Group Leader, implementing preventive maintenance strategies and developing or improving specialized tooling for manufacturing processes and ISO 9001.
In 2011, I participated in the installation of the G23 moulds at Gamesa India, in the Vadodara and Halol facilities. Following the closure of the Albacete factory due to strategic decentralization and market changes, I joined Gurit Tooling in Taicang, China, in 2013 as a Field Service Engineer and Installation Team Leader.
At Gurit Tooling, a global supplier of wind turbine blade moulds, I have been responsible for mould installation and commissioning projects for major OEMs and blade manufacturers including Vestas, Siemens, Gamesa, Acciona, Nordex, LM Wind Power, GE, Senvion, and Siemens Gamesa.
My experience spans international projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, including Germany, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Morocco, China, and India.
I have led multidisciplinary teams of technical professionals, including surface finishing specialists, electricians, laser tracker measurement technicians, mechanical technicians, welders, and hydraulic specialists. My responsibilities have included supervising every stage of the installation process, preparing pre-installation planning, precise alignment and measurement, mould setup, and providing post-commissioning technical support to customers.
Recognized for my ability to address complex technical challenges, coordinate international teams, and ensure successful project delivery in high-performance industrial settings.
In 2023, due to a decline in sales at the European level, I established my own company and now provide independent professional services to my clients as the primary provider, serving them on an individual basis.
